FIRE-TORCHED SPIRAL SLICED HALVES

9 Lb, our new fire-torched 1/2 Spiral Ham is pre-glazed. We first glaze the ham, dot it with brown sugar stars, then melt the sugar with a blow torch. The shelf life is good for only 2 weeks - use it now or freeze it for later.
